inconsistent room service basic bathroom
the location was really good due to its proximity to local attractions.
The room assigned felt quite small and basic, not quite aligning with expectations set by the hotel's description, particularly the bathroom, quite disappointing with old and low fixtures. the room service was also inconsistent. I requested the room be serviced with fresh towels, but this request was not fulfilled . this lack of attention affected my overall comfort negatively.
